I can just imagine a conversation between:

·       Adam Schiff, House Intelligence Chairman

·       Jerry Nadler, House Judicial Chairman

·       Jim Comey, Former FBI Director

·       John Brennan, Former CIA Director

·       James Clapper, Director of National Intelligence

·       Loretta Lynch, Former Attorney General

·       Andrew McCabe, Former FBI Deputy Director

“What crimes did Trump commit?”

“We can’t find any.”

“What dirt have we found on him?”

“Nothing.”

“You’re kidding?”

“I wish.”

“We had the FBI, CIA, National Intelligence, and the Department of Justice working on this, and they found nothing.”

“That’s correct.”

“The Mueller investigation was a rigged kangaroo court, and they found nothing that Trump or anyone in his family or anyone working on his campaign did wrong.”

“Has Trump failed to fulfill his Oath of Office in any way?”

“Not that we can find.” 

“Have we caught him in any lies?”

“He makes some normal political exaggerations, but no actual lies.”

“Him telling the truth is more of a problem, because he tells things that we don’t want public and makes us look bad.”

“Have we been able to frame him with anything that will make him look dirty?”

“We have tried to frame him for every crime that we have committed ourselves and more.”

“Nothing sticks, but hopefully it deflects attention from us.”

“You haven’t done any better in the Congress.”

“That fake whistle blower was a joke.”

“We have done everything we could, both legally and illegally, and we don’t have squat.”

“The fake news has backed up every lie we put out there, but nothing sticks.”

“CNN and MSNBC have been saying the end is near for Trump for years and nothing happens.”

“They keep doubling down on their lies with no results.”

“I don’t understand why anybody continues to watch those networks since everything they say concerning Trump is proven wrong.”

“Are you all saying we have been attempting this coup to overthrow the election for over three years and we have zilch?”

“That’s about it.”

“We have spent millions of dollars and we have nothing to show for it?”

“Actually less than nothing.  His poll numbers keep going up.”

“There has to be something.  No one is that clean.”

“None of us could survive an investigation like Trump has survived.”

“Let’s face it.  If anyone ever investigated us like that, we would all be in jail.”

“We have to keep trying to frame him for something, or we all WILL BE BEHIND BARS.”

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas to all.  I am so grateful it is still acceptable to say this in spite of the liberal left trying to take away Christians’ right to express their religious beliefs as guaranteed in the first amendment, including taking God out of our schools and courts. 

I have seen the following before and I don’t know who wrote it originally, but we need to have little fun with the liberal left.

TO MY DEMOCRAT FRIENDS:

Please accept with no obligation, implied or implicit, my best wishes for an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low-stress, non-addictive, gender-neutral celebration of the winter solstice holiday, practiced within the most enjoyable traditions of the religious persuasion of your choice, or secular practices of your choice, with respect for the religious/secular persuasion and/or traditions of others, or Even their choice not to practice religious or secular traditions at all.

I also wish you a fiscally successful, personally fulfilling and medically uncomplicated recognition of the onset of the generally accepted calendar year 2020,, but not without due respect for the calendars of choice of other cultures whose contributions to society have helped make America great.  Not to imply that America is necessarily greater than any other countries nor the only "America" in the Western Hemisphere.  Also, this wish is made without regard to the race, creed, color, age, physical ability, religious faith or sexual preference of the wishes.

It Was the Best of Times, It Was the Worst of Times...

        These are the opening lines of Charles Dickens’ A Tale of Two Cities.  The setting for the book is 1775 England.  The book was first published in 1859, but is strangely relevant today.

It was the best of times:

·       We have the strongest economy in history and in the world.

·       More people have jobs, including all minorities, than any time in history

·       We are eliminating unfair and unnecessary government restrictions for business.

·       We have the best trade policies in decades. 

·       We are respected by foreign countries more now than any time since WWII.

·       We have a strong military.

·       We are winning the war on terror.

·       Rules of engagement that cost military lives have been changed.

·       We are securing our borders.

·       Taxes have been reduced.

·       Judges have been appointed who enforce the law instead of legislating the law.

·       President Donald Trump

It was the worst of times:

·       Democrats are attempting a coup to overthrow a duly elected President for purely political reasons.

·       The left are trying to overthrow or change the Constitution.

·       We are experiencing the worst abuse of power in Congress in our history.

·       Globalists want open boarders for financial motives including drugs, wars, and money laundering.

·       We have more political division in this country than at any time in history except for during the civil war.

·       We have a media that is selling propaganda and telling lies, and never apologize for their lies.

·       We had the worst incompetence or corruption in the FBI in the history of the country.

·       Corrupt Democratic left

Presidential Candidates

        The United States of America is the greatest country in the world.  We have some of the best and brightest people in the world.  Why can’t the Democrats and Republicans put up qualified Presidential candidates? 

        Donald Trump will probably be the greatest President in history, but he was a fluke.  He ran as a Republican, but was really an independent.  Democrats, Republicans, the Washington establishment, government bureaucrats, government diplomats, the political elite, and most importantly, the rich globalists all opposed him.  Fortunately, none of them took him seriously and the American people were fed up with government as usual.  They wanted real change.

        The last couple Republican Presidential candidates were Mitt Romney and John McCain.  Both are nice men, but I have a personal problem with Mitt Romney. 

        The problem with these two is that they both were RINOS or Republican in Name Only.  They were progressives and did not represent conservative Republican beliefs.  Either one could have been a good, moderate Democratic Presidential candidate. 

        The Democrat Presidential candidates have all been using identity politics and dividing the county on special interests like race or gender.  This approach and big money support has served them well in the past.  The Democratic Party seems to have become the party of big money and welfare.  Their tactics are division and hate.  

        President Barack Obama was elected because he was black and could deliver a good speech.  He was not qualified, achieved nothing, was a racist, and will go down as one of the worst Presidents in history.    

        Today’s Democratic Presidential candidates are a total joke.  One is a corrupt career politician than can’t finish a sentence.  One has no credentials except he is a young married gay man.  One is a woman who is a habitual liar.  Kamala Harris seemed to have potential.  She was female and black, but has dropped out of the race.  I guess she also needed to be a lesbian to get the far left endorsement. 

        All the Democratic presidential candidates try go farther left than their opponents.  This country will not accept socialism.  It does not matter if it is called Democratic Socialism or communism, it is all the same.  The results are always a disaster for the people.  No one except the rich political elite, Democratic faithful, and sadly, many of our youth who believe the propaganda of our education system, will vote for socialism. 

        Maybe there are no good 2020 Democratic candidates for President because they know there is no way they can beat President Trump.  Trump has done too much for all Americans in spite of being the most harassed President in history.  He is the President of peace and prosperity.  The only way Trump could ever lose in 2020 is if people get too comfortable and complacent, and don’t vote.

Protection Under the Law

        Our founding fathers knew the dangers of a monarchy or a dictatorship.  The Bill of Rights protects citizens from a tyrannical government.

·       The Fourth Amendment prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures.

·       The Fifth Amendment describes due process and gives the accused the right not to incriminate themselves.

·       The Sixth Amendment quarantines the right to legal counsel, confront the accuser, and call witnesses. 

        I don’t think anyone would like to have these rights under the law taken away.  The Constitution does make provision for impeachment, but the law has been ignored.  Why do Democrats think it is alright to ignore the Constitution and the Bill of Rights because they want to overthrow a duly elected President? 

            Congress has enacted laws to protect the identity of a whistleblower, but the current accuser of Presidential misconduct does not meet any of the legal requirements of a whistleblower.  He or she is actually a corrupt political operative and has no right to anonymity. 

        Impeachment of the President requires specific charges of “High Crimes and Misdemeanors.”  This means things like treason.  Don’t confuse “Misdemeanors” with our current definition of misdemeanors under the law.  The Democrats have not been able to come up with a single concrete thing yet.  

         I don’t know if it will happen, but if the House votes to impeach Trump, it then goes to the Senate.  The Senate must enforce the rules of evidence and Trump’s right under the Law.  All the hearsay witnesses will not be allowed to testify.  The first witnesses that should be called and put under oath are Adam Schiff, the so-called whistle blower, Hunter Biden, and Joe Biden.  They will all have to take the 5^th Amendment right not to incriminate themselves, because if they tell the truth, they go to jail, and if they lie, they go to jail. 

        Democrats have been trying to impeach President Trump from the day he was elected.  Their attempts are totally for political reasons and have nothing to do with anything he has done.  I can see why the founding fathers were concerned with corrupt politicians using impeachment for political gain.
