PICO

In 1970 the federal government passed the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).  It is time to pass a Political Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (PICO).

The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, commonly referred to as the RICO Act or just RICO, is a United States federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause for action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization.  The RICO Act focuses specifically on racketeering, and it allows the leaders of a syndicate to be tried for the crimes which they ordered others to do or assisted them in doing, closing a perceived loophole that allowed a person who instructed someone else to do, for example, murder, to be exempt from the trial because they did not actually commit the crime personally. -  Wikipedia

Politically corrupt groups present a far greater threat to this country than organized crime ever did.  Some political groups have actually assisted and encouraged crimes involving gun and drug trafficking.   Uranium One and Fast and Furious are just two examples.
With the corruption and destruction of evidence we are currently seeing at the top levels of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Justice, Internal Revenue Service, Clinton Foundation, Democratic National Committee, and others, it is past time for a PICO Act.

 My proposal:
The Politically Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, commonly referred to as the PICO Act or just PICO, would be a United States federal law providing for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause for action for acts performed as part of an ongoing political organization(s).  The PICO Act would focus specifically on politics, and it allow the leaders of any political group to be tried for the crimes which they ordered others to do or assisted them in doing, closing a perceived loophole that allowed a person who instructed someone else to do, for example, murder, to be exempt from the trial because they did not actually commit the crime personally. – Terry Oliver Lee

Anyone involved in these criminal acts, including deleting emails and texts should have to serve a minimum of twenty years.  People may think twice about breaking the law to promote political agendas if they are going to serve twenty years.  Hopefully, this will clean up the criminal partisan activities of the deep state and Washington insiders.
No one can be exempt from the PICO Act, including all government employees and bureaucrats, people working for any political party or political organization, and all elected positions including Senators and members of the House of Representatives.  Elected members of Congress now flagrantly falsify the truth on the floor of the House or Senate and are exempt from any prosecution.  This needs to change.  They should be held to a higher standard.
If we don’t clean up the swamp now, we could lose our freedoms in this great republic.  We could be on the way to a socialist-globalist country with no regard for US citizens.  I thank God that we, hopefully, just dodged a bullet by electing Donald Trump president.

God bless President Trump and guide him to make America great again.
