Avenatti

        Michael Avenatti has been on CNN 74 times.  He was a darling of the lame-stream media, and he was a potential Democratic presidential candidate.  CNN called him the “Savior of the Republic.” 

        Avenatti is best known as the attorney who represented the porn star Stormy Daniels.  They sued Donald Trump.  Avenatti must not be a very good attorney, because he not only lost, but Stormy now has been ordered to reimburse Trump for his legal fees. 

        Avenatti also represented another woman who brought false accusations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh during his confirmation hearings.  She should be indicted for perjury.

        Now Michael Avenatti has been charged with 36 felonies, including; extortion, embezzlement, wire fraud bank fraud, tax fraud, and perjury.  He is looking at potentially 335 years in jail. 

        Avenatti said he is going to represent himself against these charges.  He is now bankrupt and the government has confiscated his jet.  He is a real winner.

        During one interview on CNN, the “Savior of the Republic” said he was uniquely qualified to be President because he knew how government worked.  I think he had a valid point.  With 36 felony indictments, he certainly knows how the corrupt deep state and the establishment operate.  He obviously thinks he should be part of the political elite and celebrity class that are above the law. 

        When I compare Avenatti to Hillary Clinton, I have to admit he might be well qualified to be a Democratic Presidential candidate.  The Democratic National Committee should endorse him.  Avenatti should have been a little smarter and had a foundation like the Clinton Foundation to hide and filter money.

        Avenatti and the Democrats do have one problem.  They will need a corrupt leadership of the FBI and Department of Justice in order to have all the felonies be ignored and call them “extreme carelessness.”  That might be a problem now that we have an honest Attorney General in William Barr.

Motive

        When watching a crime show on television, reading a novel, or reading history, the motive is always an important part of any crime.  We need to look at possible motives involved in today’s politics. 

        The motive for politicians from both parties, when avoiding comprehensive immigration reform, is quite obvious.  They all know illegal immigration is bad for America and promotes drug and sex trafficking, but it is good for large political donors who want open borders and cheap workers.  Immigration reform has been a political football for over forty years, but the political establishment never wanted to fix the problem.  It was a talking point with no serious action until Trump ran for President. 

        What was Trump’s motive for running for President?  He gave up a profitable and comfortable career that made him billions for a job where he is attacked daily by the left and by the media.  He even donates his salary to charity.  This is crazy by most standards.  His only motive was that he thought the country he loved was in trouble and felt it his civic duty to step up and save it. 

        Russia had no motive for wanting Trump to become President.  Trump has been harder on Russia than any President since the cold war.  They expected that would be the case, and they definitely wanted Hillary to win because they knew they could buy and control her.  They already had proven that with the Uranium One deal. 

        What is the motive for attacking Trump and the Russia hoax?  With the Mueller investigation over, it is obvious that Trump did nothing wrong.  We do know there was corruption at the highest levels of government to prevent Trump’s election, because he was not part of the establishment and could not be controlled.  These criminals must continue to attack Trump in order to avoid prosecution. 

        The liberal left now says Trump obstructed justice since Mueller said there was no collusion.  What would be Trump’s motive?  He can’t cover-up something that never happened.  This is makes no sense.

        President Trump is obviously motivated to be the most transparent President in history.  He tweets his thoughts all the time.  Trump had every right to fire Jeff Sessions as Attorney General, but did not.  Naming Sessions as Attorney General was the biggest mistake Trump has made in his political career. 

        Trump did not fire Mueller or any of Mueller’s staff when he had every legal right to do so.  He gave Mueller full access to interview his White House staff and told his staff to answer all questions truthfully.  Mueller interrogated the White House General Council for 30 hours.  Trump had every legal right to claim Executive Privilege and make redactions in the Mueller report, but he did not make a single redaction.  This is amazing and unprecedented for any President in history to be this transparent.

        Our trade policies have been a disaster for America for decades.  The motive is simply that big businesses dealing in a world markets want a global economy and don’t care how bad it hurts America and the American worker. 

        Globalists also want world-wide income redistribution for business profits and making the rich, richer.  Wealth redistribution is the real motive behind the carbon-control-to-prevent-climate-change hoax.  They know man cannot control the climate, but they can gain power with wealth redistribution.

        What was Hillary Clinton’s motive for destroying e-mails, bleach bit and destroying devices?  Maybe she was ignorant that having a private server in her bathroom closet presented a security violation.  Maybe she was careless about having classified information on her private server.  But, what was the motive for destroying evidence which did not hide either of these crimes?  She maybe could explain the two crimes, but what was on those e-mails to warrant destroying evidence and obstructing justice?  It must have been incriminating of bigger crimes to warrant committing several additional felonies.

The Importance of Voting

        How important is it to vote?  On August 4, 2015 I posted a blog titled “The 6%”.   I pointed out how most elections are determined by less that 6% of the people who vote.  Some elections are determined by an even smaller number of voters. 

        President Trump won with 306 Electoral votes to Hillary’s 232.  This sounds impressive, but let’s take a closer look.  Three states played a major part in Trump’s win.  He won Wisconsin by 27,257 votes, Pennsylvania by 68,236 votes and Michigan by just over 11,000 votes.  The three total about 107,000 votes.  To put this in perspective, the University of Michigan puts more people than this in their football stadium on a Saturday afternoon.  Think about how vulnerable our democratic republic is. 

        Trump won in spite of the Democrats, the establishment, the deep state, and the media being against him.  Very few political commentators thought he had any chance of winning, but Trump was a better candidate than Hillary Clinton and ran a better campaign.  Thank God, because if Hilary had won, all of the corruption in our federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies would have remained covered up.

        Democrats are desperate for a political win in 2020.  They have no agenda to run on except hate for Trump.  The Democratic Party was once a party of the working class.  That is no longer true and they no longer represent the working class.  They have given up on the working class  being their base. 

        Democrats know they can’t win on the issues with Trump’s phenomenal successes, so they are falling back on division politics.  If they don’t have a rational argument based on facts they just call their opponents and anyone who votes for their opponent’s racist, sexist, immoral, and any other personal attack they can come up with.

        Liberals also want to change the rules so they are guaranteed a victory.  They would like to eliminate the Electoral College so the President would be elected by popular vote.  This would mean New York and California would determine every national election.  The votes of everyone else in the rest of the country would become irrelevant.

        The Democratic Party is moving farther and farther left so they recognize they have no chance of attracting the independent voter.  For this reason, they need to add voters who will vote for their socialist ideas.  They want open boarders and giving illegal immigrants the right to vote. 

        Over 100,000 illegals crossed our southern border last month alone.  With our ridiculous catch-and-release laws, most of them are here to stay.  Illegals could change every election if they vote Democrat.  This is what Democrats are hoping for.  They want power at any price and don’t care what it does to the country.

        Democrats have also proposed giving 16 year-olds and convicted felons the right to vote.  By advocating for these new voters, Democrats are confident they will then vote the party line.   

        If this happens, our democratic republic is lost, and it will never recover without violence.  Our founding fathers were brilliant when they formed this great republic.  They knew the dangers of a too-powerful federal government and tried to protect against that happening. 

        We all have a moral obligation to research the political candidates and to vote.  Listening to partisan ads that distort the facts does not fulfill that obligation.  I hope we don’t leave our children with a government that controls every aspect of their lives.

Coup d'etat

        A coup d’etat is overthrowing an existing government and seizing power by illegal and unconstitutional means.  We just experienced an attempt at this in the United States of America. 

        Liberals, Democrats, establishment Republicans, the deep state, the Washington bureaucrat establishment, open boarder advocates, big technology, globalists, and socialists all were threatened by Donald Trump’s run for President.  They did everything they could to prevent him from winning and had an insurance plan to overthrow his presidency if he won. 

        The coup d’etat did not involve the military or violence except for organizations like Antifa.  The overthrow was more covert by using top officials of the FBI, DOJ, CIA, and other government national intelligence organizations that should be non-partisan.  The lame-stream media assisted in the coup d’etat. 

        Trump won the election in spite of a fake dossier and being spied on by government agencies.  He won because he said that he was going to put America first, and the public believed him because they were fed up with big government as usual.  They wanted REAL CHANGE. 

        The plan was to show that Trump colluded with the Russians or obstructed justice. Collusion is not a crime, but they hoped Trump had done something - anything that he would try to cover up. 

        The coup d’etat failed because Trump did nothing wrong and they could not fabricate any evidence that he did anything wrong.   Prior to the Mueller investigation for conclusion with Russia, the FBI had spent six months investigating and found nothing Trump did wrong.  The House intelligence Committee investigation found nothing Trump did wrong.  The Senate Intelligence Committee found nothing Trump did wrong.  

        The Mueller investigation was the last hope.  Nineteen pro-Hilary and anti-Trump attorneys spent 22 months on the investigation.  There were 1.4 million documents, 2800 subpoenas, 500 witness interviews, 300 search warrants, and cost the American taxpayer $25 million.  They concluded Trump did nothing wrong.

        A few idiots like Congressmen Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell are still trying to promote the Russia hoax.  They both should resign from Congress.   They are a disgrace to America and the Democratic Party.

        The Russia hoax is the worst abuse of power and criminal conspiracy to rig an election and to overthrow a President that this country has every seen.  President Trump tweets, but he has stayed out of the investigations so there can be no question that he is obstructing justice.  I commend his faith in the justice system.  I can’t say I had that much trust in the system. 

        Political corruption like this should never be allowed to happen to any President in the future.  It needs to be investigated and people sent to jail or it will happen again.  Unfortunately, I doubt people will be held accountable, and it will happen again.  Will the coup d’etat work next time?
