Supreme Court

         The Supreme Court is clearly defined in our constitution.  It is an essential part of our Republic’s balance of power.  The Congress is the legislative branch and is responsible for passing laws.   The President is the executive branch and is responsible for running the government and enforcing the laws passed by Congress.  The Supreme Court is the judicial branch and its sole responsibility is to guarantee the Constitution and to make sure that the laws passed by Congress are not violated.

        The Supreme Court currently has nine Justices which is a good number.  It should never be an even number which could lead to dead-lock decision.  When there is a vacancy on the Supreme Court, the Constitution is clear on how that vacancy is filled.  The President is to name a replacement, and the Senate is to confirm or deny that nominee. 

        The President has a Constitutional duty to name a replacement to fill a court vacancy so there is not an even number of Justices.  This is not negated by where a president is in his/her term.  A President is elected to a four-year term and is expected to do the job for that entire four-year term.  Presidents have named replacements to fill Supreme Court vacancies after they have lost their bid for election to a second term. 

        This process should not be a partisan process, considering the Constitutional definition of the Supreme Court.  Unfortunately, it has become a partisan issue in today’s highly divided political climate.  If one party holds the White House and a majority in the Senate, the process is easier and smoother. 

        All Supreme Court Justices have one duty and only one.  That duty is to enforce the Constitution with its Amendments and the laws passed by Congress.  There should never be a political activist with any other agenda on the Supreme Court.  Democrats want to ignore the Constitution for partisan reasons. 

        Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s has passed.  The President has a Constitutional duty to submit the name of a replacement to the Senate.  Part of her popularity with liberals was that she was a political activist.  Much of her agenda was good, but it had no place in the Supreme Court.  Unfortunately, we have some other justices that are political activists on the court now.  Since a Supreme Court Justice is appointed for life, we will have to live with them for years to come.  But, new appointees should not let partisan agendas influence their vote.

        Democrats are currently trying everything they can think of to promote fraud, disrupt, delay, and discount the upcoming 2020 election.  These tactics could mean the results of the election could end up in the Supreme Court.  If the vacancy is not filled, there could be a split decision, and the country could be in total chaos with a total economic collapse and anarchy in the streets.

        Trying to influence to Supreme Court or pack it with liberal Justices is nothing new as the radical Left wants to eliminate the Constitution and the rule of law in order to destroy the country and rebuild it from the ashes.  We have to stop this at the ballot box in November.

Racism Accusations

         I am sick and tired of the Democrats calling everybody a racist.  Democrats have tried every hair-brained idea they could think of to stop President Trump, including using government intelligence agencies to spy on him and frame him for Russian collusion. 

        They have called him a racist since the day he announced he was running for President. There is no way to justify this claim except by twisting his words.  Trump’s actions clearly show he has done more for blacks than any President since Lincoln.

 

Democrats call people racist if:

·       They support Trump.

·       The facts don’t support their argument.

·       Science does not support their argument.

·       They are afraid of alienating the radical left

·       They have a candidate that is a loser.

 

        In the past few years, Democrats have used race and sex to get their candidates elected.  Obama had no qualifications excerpt he was black.  Anyone who asked him a hard question was called a racist.  He record proves how bad a choice he was. 

        Democrats nominated Hillary Clinton in spite of the fact she had committed several Federal felonies, and was given a pass by Jim Comey’s FBI.  Anyone who asked her a serious question was called sexist. 

        The Democrat establishment forced Joe Biden to pick a woman of color for his Vice President.  Kamala Harris’s only other qualification is that she is part of the radical left.  Joe is beyond answering any hard questions, and as a woman of color, Harris is totally off limits.  

        I have a friend who is running for the Wisconsin State Assembly.  His name is David Armstrong, and he is the Executive Director of our county economic development corporation.  I have had the pleasure of serving on that board for the last six years.     Dave is highly qualified to serve in our State Assembly.  Democrats are now calling him a racist which is ridiculous. 

        The fact that Democrats try to attack political opponents as racists just shows that they are not able to find a candidate who is capable of running on their qualifications and policies.  Calling conservatives racist is getting old, a totally transparent lie, and I hope the public is too smart to fall for it anymore.

Critical Race Theory

 Critical Race Theory is a theory that assumes:

·       There is systemic racism in America

·       There is white supremacy

·       America is evil

·       Racial sensitivity training is needed

·       Anti-racism training is needed

·       History should be erased or rewritten 

Anti-racism and racial sensitivity training started in our universities and has spread throughout our education system.  Many corporations and our government have also implemented this training.  It has even been taught in our military.  These racial divides in the military could cost lives in combat when people must depend and trust their comrades in arms.

Racism training is destructive.   It  does not make  anyone feel better about themselves.  It tells whites they are privileged and tells  blacks they are inferior.   It  portrays American history  as evil.  It advocates restitution to blacks because of the history of slavery.

Saying history shows America to be evil and racist is asinine.  We fought a civil war to eliminate slavery.  364,000 Union solders died during the Civil War.  This war was a terrible price to pay for freeing the slaves.  This shows why America is so great and the stronghold of freedom in the world.

Nothing good can come of this racial sensitivity training.  It can only further divide our country by race.  The radical Left wants to divide the country along racial lines for political power.  That is why they are paying rioters to burn down our cities and shout “Death to America.”   The radical left has taken over the Democratic Party.  We can’t allow them to achieve their Marxist goal.

These so-called protests give anarchists an excuse to destroy our country.  Anarchists are basically cowards that like to work in the dark as a mob.  This is not the first time anarchists have tried to destroy our country and it will not be the last. 

We remembered the heroes of 9/11 last week.  True patriots like the forty passengers of Flight 93 made the ultimate sacrifice for their country.  People like this are one reason the Marxists and anarchists will never destroy America.

         The Merriam-Webster Dictionary Defines “anonymous” as of unknown authorship or origin.  When it comes to anonymous political sources, I would define it as lies from gutless political cowards. 

        Hillary Clinton described the process of anonymity very well.  Repeat a lie until the media repeats the lie and then quote the media.  It is a process the left has used successfully for years. 

        The Atlantic magazine recently printed an article based on the allegation that on a 2018 trip to France, “anonymous” sources stated President Trump called US solders killed in WWI as “losers” and suckers”.  This is such a joke that it is hard to imagine anyone would believe it.  

        John Bolton served as National Security Advisor under President Trump until he was fired.  Bolton has always been a war hawk.  He advocated war and/or military action in almost every foreign situation.  He strongly disagreed with President Trump’s foreign policy, a policy that did not cost American blood.

        Bolton has since written a book bashing President Trump.  He was with President Trump on the 2018 trip to France and states President Trump never made disparaging statements against our military.  If Trump had made any statements like that, Bolton would have happily put them in his book. 

        Actions always speak louder than words.  Politicians like Biden say whatever they think people want to hear.  The Obama/Biden administration decimated the US military, and Trump rebuilt it.  Under Obama/Biden, American veterans died on VA waiting lists.  Trump fixed the problem with the VA. 

        The Democrats are getting desperate.  They know they can’t stop President Trump from being reelected.  They have weaponized US intelligence agencies to spy on Trump.  They created the Russian hoax.  They impeached him over a phone call where he did nothing wrong.  They have done everything possible to divide the country on race and blame it on Trump.  They have promoted riots, burning, violence, and murder in our streets.  Nothing sticks because President has done too good a job in spite of the obstacles he has faced. 

        The left will continue to spread lies about Trump.  Anonymous, gutless cowards will continue or be promoted or fabricated by the left, but the American people are too smart to believe their garbage.  Well maybe not everyone, but most are too intelligent and/or informed.  We may know the truth, but we must vote or it will be irrelevant.

Enough

I have had enough.  Politics and protests have gone over the edge.  This has got to stop.  There are good and bad people everywhere.  We have racists and police that abuse their power, but they are the exception.  There is no systemic racism. 

The riots, looting, burning, and physical abuse, including murder in the streets, has to stop.  ANTIFA’s name stands for anti fascist when they actually use fascist tactics to create anarchy.  Black Lives Matter cares nothing about black lives and openly admits they are a Marxist organization.  The intent of both organizations is to destroy this country and rebuild it from the ashes. 

These riots should be considered domestic terrorism, and the people involved in them should go to jail for decades.  The people funding these terrorist organizations, including corporations need to go to jail for life. Enough.  Maybe it will stop if the consequences are big enough.

What is wrong with the FBI and Department of justice?  We need law and order with equal justice for all.  The political crimes committed by some in the FBI and DOJ have still gone unpunished.  Justice must be much quicker or the corruption and violence will not stop. 

The radical Left has taken over sports.  Athletes give us entertainment.  They have no business taking up social and political issues.  I will start watching sports again when athletes stand with their hand over their hearts for the flag and the national anthem.

The political correctness and cancel culture have gotten totally out of control.  People should never lose their jobs or be harassed and threatened in public for expressing their opinion.  These rights are guaranteed in the First Amendment.

The Left say they want a real conversation, but won’t listen to anyone who disagrees with them.  They say “Follow the science”, but totally ignore the actual science and facts.  They operate totally on emotion and the lies academia has indoctrinated them with. 

The media and the Democrats supported the riots in the streets until the polls showed it was hurting them politically.  It never had anything to do with black lives or working people.

The globalist have taken over our government.  They work only for their own economic greed.  They have zero concern or compassion for the working middle class family in this country.  This includes both Democrats and Republicans.  When Donald Trump was first elected, it was like all of government was against him, including RINO Republicans.  BUT, Trump continued to work for the American peoples, and succeeded against all odds.  He did have the help of the American people, and he knew he could count on their greatness.

We have another election coming up shortly.  Both parties have said this election will determine the future of this country, and they are both right.  The Democratic convention called Americans racist and corrupt.  The Republican convention praised America.  The theme was:

·       Land of promise

·       Land of opportunity

·       Land of Heroes

·       Land of Greatness.

This is not about Democrat verses Republican.  It is not about Trump verses Biden.  It is about freedom verses Marxism.
