Mob Justice

Ashli Babbitt was a 35 year old, white, unarmed, female, military veteran with no criminal history who was murdered by Capitol Police on January 4, 2021.  Clear video evidence shows her being shot and killed while she was not posing any threat or aggression to anyone.

No one from the Capitol Police has been charged with this homicide.  The killer has not even been identified.  The problem is Babbitt was a white Trump supporter.  Is this  blind justice?

George Floyd was a violent career criminal who was addicted to drugs.  He was a despicable human being.  He never should have been on the streets, but he had a get-out-of- jail-free pass because he was black.

Police attempted to arrest him after he had committed a felony.  Floyd resisted arrest.  Floyd had three times the lethal amount of fentanyl in his system.  He was complaining he couldn’t breathe and was dying before police officer Derek Chavin restrained him on the ground.  This knee-on-the-neck action was not excusable, but probably did not kill Floyd.  The problem is we have an ignorant WOKE Left shouting systemic racism and anti-police lies.  Anyone who states facts concerning police and blacks is called a racist.

Office Chavin should have been tried for his actions, but he had no chance of getting blind justice.  He was convicted by the Mob from day one.

The trial needed to have a change of venue out of the Twin Cities area, but was held in Minneapolis.  The City of Minneapolis paid a $27 million dollar settlement for wrongful death to the Floyd family during jury selection.  This should have created a mistrial, but the trial continued.

The mob in the street threatened riots and destruction if Chavin was not convicted.  During the trial, idiot Congress woman Maxine Waters joined the mob threatening violence if Chavin was not convicted.  This should have prompted an immediate mistrial, but instead the Judge reprimanded Waters and suggested her actions gave grounds for appeal.

There was now no way Police Officer Chain could get blind justice.  The jury was now put in a terrible position.  If anyone on the jury did not vote guilty, their life and family would never be safe, and their city might be burned to the ground.  Chavin had to be a sacrificial lamb.

How many of you would have had the moral integrity to vote not guilty to any murder charges?  I like to think I would have, but it would be difficult and even dangerous.   Are we going the let the Woke mob movement destroy this country?

  1. Just when we all thought you couldn't get more racist... Have you ever missed a Klan meeting? When are you going to start writing about how much you miss slavery? Your blog shows us that you believe White Americans are the superior race. I can think of another person that thought White people were the superior race... You have the same thought process as Hitler. Check yourself. I'm glad you aren't the one leading our country or you would become Hitler.

  2. Ashli Babbitt was shot while breaking and entering the House Chamber on January 6, 2021. How were her actions an attempt to show political support?

George Floyd had no history of violence. Is drug addition meant to be a death sentence?

Had Derek Chauvin not held his knee of Floyd for over 9 minutes he would still be alive.

Members of the jury had a moral obligation to vote as they did in following the evidence presented at the trial.

This blog post states many falsehoods and is clearly racist and despicable. The author is incapable of the theme of “Common Sense.”

  3. In a blog post on June 6, 2020 the author said this:

"The death of George Floyd was a tragedy and a crime."

    What changed his mind?

  4. The first time I read Terry’s comments I thought it was an interesting contrast, but on second thought it was alarming. He might actually believe what he wrote.

He said he thinks the police officer who tried to prevent an assault on the Capital should be charged with murder of a white woman. Terry claimed the perpetrator was justified in attacking the Capital since she had a political motive.

He also believes that former police officer Chauvin was innocent of murder, remaining on top of George Floyd for 4 minutes, after being told the victim had no pulse. Chauvin was quoted after the incident as saying "We gotta control this guy because he's a sizable guy. Looks like he's probably on something."

This is a striking comparison of values. These comments by Terry must be based on some deep-seeded cultural bias. It represents a significant division of values in our country. It is truly alarming since it is difficult to come up with a way to bridge such a gap. Mis-statements in this blog are of little value.
