Roger Stone

        Roger Stone is a 67 year old man who has been convicted of lying under oath and a sentence of nine years has been recommended for him by the prosecution. 

        He was arrested in a pre-dawn raid on his home on January 25, 2019.  This raid included heavily armed SWAT personnel which would have been more appropriate for arresting the leader of a drug cartel. 

        CNN was at the scene in advance, with their cameras.  They deny that they had been tipped about the arrest.  They claim it was just good investigating reporting.  How stupid do they think the public is? 

        Stone may be guilty of the lying under oath, but I have some questions about the case.  Some members of the jury for his trial had a political agenda and should have been excused. 

        Roger Stone’s greatest crime is that he is a conservative and a Trump supporter.  The Left will do anything possible to hurt Trump and his supporters.

        The big problem is the double standard of justice we have for the politically connected and the Left.  There is absolutely no question that Andrew McCabe, Jim Comey, John Brennan, James Clapper, and Hillary Clinton all lied under oath.  This is not speculation.  The evidence is clear and public. 

        All these political elite committed the same crime for which Roger Stone has been convicted.  They have not been sentenced to serve nine years in prison.  They have not even been charged. 

        We have to stop this double standard of justice.  I have been hopeful that the criminal activities of the Left would be held accountable.  Marla keeps telling me I’m just dreaming because it is never going to happen.  She is probably right. 

        President Trump promised to drain the swamp, but the job appears to be too big for even him.  He might get the crooks out of office and maybe out of Washington, but it is unlikely they will ever pay for their past crimes.  What a shame.

New Way Forward

        The New Way Forward Act in the US House of Representatives has not gotten a lot of press but it should.  This bill has been introduced by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and the rest of her liberal left fanatical MOB.  It has been endorsed by around forty liberal Democrats. 

        This bill would totally transform our great country into a country of division and despair.  The bill puts the rights of illegal aliens above the rights and safety of working middle-class Americans. 

        The bill would make it against the law to deport illegals convicted of crimes, including felonies, who have received less than a five year prison sentence.  It gets even crazier.  It would force the government to use taxpayer money to bring back illegals previously convicted of a crime and deported.  They then would be given a path to citizenship.  

        This bill would mean open borders inviting criminals from all over the world.  It would bankrupt the country and put American citizens in danger. 

        This proposed legislation in dangerous and insane.  It is giving the finger to every law-abiding citizen.  It is a case of the WOKE left being totally ignorant, or the Democratic left being willing to devastate the country with the hopes of votes to gain power. 

        Americans have become too tolerant of other peoples’ rights, but this has to stop.  We can no longer take a chance of this type of destructive legislation sneaking through Congress.  We need to vote these idiots out of office.

Bait and Switch

        Bait and switch is an illegal business practice, but is still used by disreputable businesses and seldom prosecuted.  It involves advertising a product at a very attractive price and then avoiding selling the product or even having the product when the customer comes to buy it. 

        When I was a Ford/Mercury dealer, a competing dealer advertised a new Ford pickup at a price below cost.  I saw the dealer at an event and asked him if he actually had that pickup in stock.  His reply was, “Yes, but any salesperson who sells it is fired, and they all know it.” 

        He was baiting the customer to get them into the dealership and the sales person was expected the move the customer to a more expensive truck with a higher profit.  Trading-up a customer is legal, but the customer must be given the opportunity to buy the advertised product for the advertised price. 

        Businesses often get around this by putting “While supply lasts.” in the ad.  They legally had to have at least one which they sold at the advertised price. 

        Trading a customer up to a higher priced model with more profit is legal and a good sales technique.  Most good sales people do this.  It can also be good for the customer because they get a product that better fits their wants and needs. 

        Democratic Socialists use a form of bait and switch on their constituents.  They promise all kinds of free stuff.  This sounds very attractive to the people who would benefit in the short-run. 

        Canceling student debt sounds very attractive for Millennials who have large student debt.  Many have a worthless liberal arts education that gives them little or no chance of earning a living wage and paying off the debt. 

        When asked who will pay for all the free stuff, the standard response of the Democratic Socialist is, “The rich.”  The person who believes they will benefit from the free stuff does not question the lie.

        Socialism is socialism and the end result is always the same.  The people have their freedoms taken away while the government controls more and more of their lives.  The working people pay the price and any incentive to improve their lives is taken away.  In the end, everyone is reduced to poverty.  The exception is the socialist leaders who will always be living in luxury.

Radicals, Resistance and Revenge

            I just finished reading Radicals, Resistance and Revenge, The Left’s Plot to remake America by Judge Jeanine Pirro.  I highly recommend it.  I would also recommend her Saturday night TV show on the FOX News channel.  It is the number one weekend cable show. 

        Judge Jeanine gives some interesting facts on socialism, essentially the “Democratic Socialism” the left pushes.  There is no difference.  Both put government in control of your lives by taking away your freedoms and your opportunity to improve your life with hard work. 

        I think everyone recognizes the disaster socialism has been in Russia, China, and Cuba, but many people praised the system in Venezuela.  Now we now are able to see how socialism has turned Venezuela from one of the riches countries in the world into a pit of despair in one decade.

        Now the left points to the Scandinavian countries as an example of “Democratic Socialism.”  How is it really working there?  Judge Jeanine gives some interesting facts.  Denmark’s top income tax is 55.8%.  Ouch.  Denmark also has a 25% Value Added Tax (VAT).  A VAT is a federal sales tax.  These ridiculous taxes are necessary in order to pay for all the FREE stuff. 

        The Scandinavian social system would have collapsed the countries if they had not become capitalistic to pay for the free stuff.  Most of their business regulations are more lenient that in the United States. 

        Judge Jeanine also addresses how the left is attacking our freedom of speech. 

The Ten Commandments are now inappropriate for younger audiences.  Of course they are! There’re part of the foundation of Western Civilization, which the left despises and wants to destroy.  This is such baloney.  The most popular movies, video games, and songs today are laced with hate, violence, and profanity.  And the left wants to censor the Bible?  The Truth?  Our history?  How dare they?

        I like one of Judge Jeanine’s paragraphs towards the end of the book. 

As we approach 2020 you have a decision to make.  You can sit back and hope that the radical Left, committed to remaking America, doesn’t succeed. Or you can do something about it.  Donald Trump was elected to do something about it.  We need to give the man the opportunity to continue his mission, fighting to keep America on its path back to greatness.  We need to elect a Congress that will work with him rather than resist him.  And we need to continue to speak out, despite the Left’s efforts to silence us. We cannot allow them to destroy the truth or the America we love.

Impeachment Scam

        The impeachment of President Trump is one of the worst scams we have ever seen in our government.   It must stop and we must take steps to make sure that impeachment is never used for partisan reasons again.  The Democrats must pay the price for this abuse of power. 

        Impeachment is included in the Constitution, but the founding fathers were afraid it would be used for a partisan agenda like the one we are seeing.  Radical Democrats promised to impeach Trump from the day he was elected, only because they don’t like him and he won the election. 

        It is so interesting how Democrats and the media made a big deal of asking Trump if he would accept the results of the election.  They never dreamed he would win.  Now, they refuse to accept the results of the election. 

        The impeachment is a joke.  Trump has done nothing wrong.  The two charges named in the impeachment do not qualify as “high crimes and misdemeanors” required by the Constitution. 

        The individuals who are committing crimes in this scam need to serve time.  As the Democrats keep saying, “No one is above the law” except for them. 

        Democrats have also not done their job in Congress because they spend all their time and energy on the impeachment scam.  This is a clearly a failure to uphold their oath of office and is an obvious abuse of power. 

        Democrats have ignored House procedure, rules, and procedure in order to remove Trump from office.  They have totally ignored Trumps Constitutional rights.  They said he had the right to prove his innocence.  What happened to “Innocent until proven guilty?”   This abuse of power will hurt the House for decades. 

        In the meantime, Trump continues to win and win and win.  His achievements are unbelievable.  Maybe that is why the Democrats continue the scam.  They know they have zero chance on beating him in 2020 by discussing the issues. 

        The Democratic Party has to pay a price for this scam.  Although they may deserve it, I don’t want the Democratic Party to disappear.  They will pay the price in the 2020 election. 

        Democrats want to tear our Constitution to shreds.   If this scam is not stopped now, every future President could be impeached if his Party does not control the House.

Ruling Class

        Democrats don’t rule this country.  Republicans don’t rule this country.  Establishment bureaucrats don’t rule this country.  The media doesn’t rule this country.  Hollywood and sports celebrities don’t rule this country.  

        News stations and papers such as CNN, MSNBC, and the New York Times are all just the propaganda arm of the Democratic Party, but they actually are controlled by a higher power.  That power is the super-rich globalist. 

        Prior to Donald Trump’s election in 2016, the super rich globalists had ruled the USA for at least the last 28 years and the last 4 Presidents.  Trump undermined their control.  It is not wonder they want to overthrow his election. 

        The globalist deals in a world market.  They do not and will not put America first.  Anything that makes money is fair game for the globalist elite.  Human life means nothing.  Military arms, drugs, and money laundering are all things they accept a “business as usual. 

        Controlling tariffs and trade deals are essential to the globalist’s profit.  Open borders are also important for the globalists’ bottom line.  They don’t put the people of the USA first. 

        The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is an international organization representing 189 countries and is headquartered in Washington DC.  Two of its stated goals are to promote international trade and global monetary stability.  The IMF would love open borders and a global government because it would make them money at the expense of the USA.  The IMF estimates President Trump’s new trade policies may be great for the USA, but will cost the IMF $455 billion in 2020.  See why the globalists want Trump gone by any means necessary?

       

        Capitalism is good and socialism is bad.  Most rational human beings understand this, but when government promotes mergers and acquisitions that create monopolies, it is not capitalism, it is globalism.  We have seen too many small businesses close the doors because of government regulations and intervention that only help large global companies.

        When the Soviet Union collapsed, a group of oligarchs emerged that now run the country.  This is not a good thing for Russia or the USA, but it is good for the globalists.  Huge profits are possible for people like Hunter Biden. 

        We have our own hi-tech oligarchs emerging in the USA.  People like Facebook’s Mark Zuckenberg and Amazon’s Jeff Bezos have the money to control our government.  Many of these companies got their start and still operate with the help of Government.

        Some globalists like George Soros would like nothing better than to collapse the USA.  He has stated that the best time of his life was when as a Jew, he worked with the Nazis to send other Jews to concentration camps.

        Many politicians are totally controlled by their big- money globalist donors.  Some organizations like the Chamber of Commerce, the Business Round Table, Koch brothers, Wall Street, and big tech have all sold out working Americans for globalist money.  They should all be ashamed of their greed.
