Democrat Party History

         I can understand why the Democrat Left wants to destroy, hide, and change history.  We need to study and learn from history. 

        The Democrat Party was the pro slavery party.  This led to the formation of the Republican Party, the election of Lincoln, and the Civil War. 

        The 13^th Amendment abolished slavery.  100% of the Republicans in Congress and only 22% of Democrats supported it.

        The 14^th Amendment granted citizenship and equal civil and legal rights to African Americans and previous slaves.  The 15^th Amendment granted African American men the right to vote.  100% of the Republicans in Congress supported both Amendments.  Not one Democrat did.

        The Ku Klux Klan was born and thrived in the Democratic south.  This led to the lynching of blacks in the south.  The Jim Crow laws limiting rights of blacks were all passed in Democrat controlled southern states.

        Unions have always backed the Democrat Party.  This dates back to the early days of unions.  Do you remember the saying, “Union Made?”  The original slogan was, “Union Made by White Men”.  The words WHITE and MEN were meant literally.  

        Equal rights bills were started by President Eisenhower, but blocked by Democrats in the Senate.  Lyndon Johnson was a leading Senator in that fight.

        When John F. Kennedy ran for President, he picked LBJ as his running mate for two reasons.  They wanted someone from the south and he wanted Johnson out of the Senate so Johnson would not be blocking civil rights legislation.

        When JFK was assassinated and Johnson became President, he had no choice but to sign the civil rights bill into law.  Johnson was smart enough to use the event to empower the Democratic Party.  Johnson told several southern Democratic Governor’s, “We’ll have those _____   N_____’s voting Democrat for a hundred years.  It has worked for over fifty years, but I hope that is changing.

        Johnson’s War on Poverty was actually a strategy to destroy the individual and family in poor minority neighborhoods, and enslave them to a life of welfare.  The Democrat Party has continued to use identity politics to divide the country and gain power.  Maintaining power and increasing the size and control of government has been their only goal. 

        There was a time when the Democrat Party was considered the party of the “little guy” and this was true for white males.  That is no longer the case.  It is now the party of rich oligarchs with no consideration for the American people.

        The damage Democratic policies are doing to the American People is clearly not a concern.  Policies relating to the pandemic, immigration, law and order, energy, and gun rights clearly show no consideration for the facts or the best interests of the American people.  I pray it is not too late to correct this lunacy.

Business Myths Revisited

         When myths or lies are repeated often enough people tend to believe them.  The Democrat’s lies about Georgia’s new election laws is a good example.  Biden said the law was Jim Crow on steroids.  He also got four pinocchios for that speech.  Instead of being embarrassed, he repeated the speech with the same lies the next day.

        The Georgia law does not suppress minority voters in any way, but Democrats oppose the law because it eliminates election fraud.  Democrats are afraid they can’t win without voter fraud.

 

        I want to take a little break from politics and revisit some business myths that I first mentioned on Tuesday, November 19, 2013.  In my book Business Fits: How to Find the Right Business for You! I have a chapter called “Myths about Starting a Business.” The myths discussed are:

Who's in Charge?

         I am concerned about who is in charge at the White House.  President Biden obviously has physical and cognitive problems.  I feel sorry for him, but someone has to run the country.  Biden can’t put in a full day or answer a question, let alone run the country. 

        Biden is a long-term establishment sewer politician.  He has signed the executive orders he promised the Left for their support.  He certainly never wrote these orders.  I doubt he even read them.  He had no idea of the damage they would do.  The crisis at the boarder is an example.

        Estimates put cartel profits at 14 million dollars per day with the open boarders.  This is big globalist business.  I wonder who is getting paid off.  

        Will Jill Biden take over her husband’s duties when he is no longer capable like President Wilson’s wife did for over a year after he was incapacitated from a stroke?  Will the lame-stream media cover it up when Biden is incapacitated?

        Vice President Harris is taking over much of Biden’s job, because he is not capable of doing it.  This is a woman who could not even pole 1% in the Democratic primary.  She has shown she is a power hungry politician that can be bought and controlled.  Her only other qualification was that she was a woman of color.  She was promised the Presidency because everyone knew Biden could never finish his term.  She expects to take over when Biden is removed with the 25^th Amendment.

        Ron Klain is Biden’s Chief of Staff.  He is former lobbyist who was also Chief of Staff for Biden when he was Vice President.  He is connected to big money and the establishment.  How much control does he have over Biden now?

        Or,  this may be President Obama’s third term.  Obama is the only President in history who did not leave Washington when he left office.  He has stayed in DC and continues to be active in politics.  He meets regularly with his old Attorney General, Eric Holder.  They don’t get much more corrupt than Holder.  Obama also meets regularly with his old Chief of Staff, Valerie Jarrett.  I always thought she was the go-between for George Soros and Obama.  Vice President Harris was also a favorite pawn of Obama.  Is this why she is Vice President?

        We also know that Big Tech is controlling Biden.  Biden has named several people from Big Tech to his administration.  As with most of Biden’s administration, he was told who to pick.  The only other direction he has been given is to pick people based on the color of their skin, sex, and sexual identity.  Being qualified has become irrelevant.  This is racism at its worst.  

        So, who is calling the shots in the White House?  The only thing we know for certain is that it’s not President Biden.  We are facing some scary times for our country.  I pray for God’s help.

All About the Children

         I heard Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi say it is all about the children.  What a blatant lie.  The Democratic Party and the Biden/Harris administration don’t care about the children.

        The border is wide open and minor children are flooding across illegally.  They are risking their lives to make this journey to get to this racist country according to the WOKE Left.  Democrats don’t care.  They hope illegal immigrants will eventually vote Democrat.

        We have a humanitarian crisis at the boarder, but the Biden administration calls it a challenge.  These children are being held in over-capacity cages, but the Biden administration prefers to use less damming names. 

        These children are not ready to come to this country.  They are not ready to contribute or take care of themselves.  Some don’t even speak the language.  What do we do with a fifteen-year-old with a fourth grade education?  We can’t put him or her in a fifth grade class, and if they are put in an appropriate age grade, they can’t keep up with the class.  They will drop out and be doomed to a life of welfare or worse.  Many will resort to crime, drugs, or prostitution to survive.   

        Democratic governors and mayors have kept schools closed in many states and cities when the science clearly shows schools should never have been closed.  Closing schools has hurt children’s education and set them back a year or more.  Kids have also been hurt socially by denying face-to-face instructions and interactions with their peers.  Suicides and drug addictions have increased.  Minority children have been hurt the worst, but Democrats don’t care.

        Teacher’s unions call the shots for Democrats.  Why not, since the teacher unions donate a lot of money to Democrats.  Teacher’s unions are about power.  They don’t care about the kids any more than the Democrats do.

        Democrats don’t like freedom of choice for students or charter schools.  They want to limit parent’s choices for their kids to public schools in their neighborhood.  These same politicians will be sending their kids to private schools.

        The Left also advocates teaching Critical Race Theory in public schools.  This makes kids feel guilty or inferior because of the color of their skin.  This is racism at its worst and only hurts the children.

        Democrats want power and money by any means.  They don’t care about the children or working America.  Children are just pawns the Left are willing to sacrifice.

Feelings

         The Bill of Rights to the Constitution guarantees us God given rights.  It does not guarantee that our feelings won’t be hurt.  Protecting people’s feelings takes away personal freedoms that are guaranteed in the Bill of Rights.

        There is no asterisk in the First Amendment that says we have freedom of speech unless it hurts someone’s feelings or they find it offensive.  The so-called hate speech is just another approach of taking away people’s freedom of speech.  Political correctness and cancel culture are just as bad. 

        Race issues have gotten totally out of control.  The Left and WOKE liberals want to take away freedom of speech and expression.   The whole cancel culture and racial awareness training is actually racist and dividing the country.   It is ridiculous to say decades old cartoons are racist.  Even Black Lives Matters has nothing to do with race. They are clearly a Marxist organization.

        I have to laugh when I see entitled individuals like Megan Markle claiming she is a victim because of the color of her skin.  There are a lot of words to describe her, but I don’t think any of them are politically correct and none have anything to do with her skin color.  I do feel sorry for Harry. 

        Indoctrination of children in school, including our universities, is not preparing them for life.  Participation trophies do not teach kids how to succeed.  Teaching Marxism, race, and gender studies do not prepare students for life.  It only tells them they should get everything for free. 

        I find it personally offensive that CNN and MSNBC continually lie about everything and never admit to those lies or retract them.  We need freedom of the press, but should they be exempt from obvious slander?

        Everyone is equal and has the same opportunities in this great country.  Someone’s race or the color of their skin should be irrelevant.  It is disgusting when government appointments solely on race or gender and not qualifications.  There is a difference between “Equality” and “Equity”.  Proposed equity and reparations for past slavery is as racist as it gets.  When government helps farmers, but excludes any who are white it is totally racist and divides the country.

        We cannot and should not try to protect everyone’s feelings.  We need to teach people to be responsible, productive, and good citizens.  They need to make their own way in life and not take offense at everything, or look for free stuff.

Dr. Seuss

I remember reading Dr. Seuss books to my sons.  They loved them and they were fun to read.  I used green food color to make green eggs and ham once.  The books usually had a good moral to each story as well as being fun to read.  Some taught about conserving resources.  They all promoted a color blind society.  They were highly endorsed for 80 years.

National Read Across America Day was March 2, 2021.  This day was established in 1998 by the National Education Association to get kids reading.  The date was set to coincide with Dr. Seuss’s birthday.  The books and the day of celebration were endorsed by President Obama. 

Now the publisher of Dr Seuss has announced six of the books were being dumped because the WOKE Left claims they are racist or insensitive.  EBay has even removed these books from their site.  This is just plain ignorant. 

If you look at the banned books it is even more stupid.  These books depict different races, regions, cultures, history, and dress accurately for the time of publications.  They show that all the people of the world are equal despite their differences.  It is a ridiculous stretch to say they are racist. 

We can buy Adolf Hitler’s Mein Kampf and the Unabomber’s manifesto on line, but not some of Dr. Seuss’s books.  Some universities have courses requiring reading Mein Kampf.  How long are we going to put up with this irrational agenda by the Left?  They are doing everything they can to divide this country with race.

Banning or burning books has never been good or had a good outcome.  Banning books has only been done by tyrannical governments.  The object is to eliminate any form of free speech.  Tyrants have to control what people think in order to take away any form of republic or democracy. 

I saw one snowflake say Dr. Seuss had over 60 books so what difference did six make?  One book would be too much.  This is how the Left takes away our freedoms.  They do it a little at a time.  The snowflake in question will not complain until they take away a freedom that is important to him or her, and it will happen, but then it is too late.

As George Orwell describes in 1984, the Thought Police are coming for anyone that does not comply.  They will come for you too.  Are we going to wait until it is too late?

Domestic Terrorists

         We have a problem with domestic terrorists in our great country.  Both Black Lives Matter and ANTIFA qualify as domestic terrorists.   Both have caused dozens of deaths, and billions in damage.  They use race to divide the country.  Democrats and the media try to cover it up and justify the terrorist activities by saying, demonstrations were “mostly peaceful.”

        Black lives matter does not give a damn about minority black communities.  They attack the police while the Democrats and the media continue to lie about the number of unarmed blacks killed by the police.  As their website states, they are a Marxist organization with the goal of destroying this country.

        ANTIFA is an anti-fascist organization that uses fascist techniques to intimidate and terrorize Americans.  They certainly qualify as domestic terrorists.

        Both BLM and ANTIFA are well funded and organized by big money and globalists that want to put America last and destroy it if necessary.  Both take advantage of the ignorance of the WOKE Left to advance their agenda. 

        The street solders of both BLM and ANTIFA need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.   Shouldn’t the people funding these domestic terrorist activities be prosecuted too?  How about the people who bailed the rioters out of jail, like our current Vice President?  Why shouldn’t she be held accountable?

        We also have problems with Islamic domestic terrorists in the country, but it is politically incorrect to call any terrorist a Muslim, so we have to live with that one for now.   The Fort Hood shooting was clearly an Islamic terrorist, but officially it was called workplace violence.  How do we ever deal with a problem when we can’t report danger or call it what it is?

        There were demonstrations outside the White House last summer.  The demonstrators were demanding President Trump resign.  The White House had to be locked down and the President taken to an underground bunker.  The hypocritical Democrats did not have a problem with this demonstration. 

        The Left call the National Rifle Association a terrorist organization.  Democrats call anyone who wants to put America first a white supremacist.  This is total bull, but Hollywood tries to sell it.  Turn on any TV cop show.  Over half the time it will be about some terrorist that is a white supremacist.  This hardly ever happens, but we could turn on the news all summer long and see BLM and ANTIFA terrorist activities on the news.  Why don’t TV shows depict reality instead of made-up propaganda lies?

        On January 6^th there was a demonstration at the Capital.  I don’t approve.  Anyone breaking the law should be prosecuted, but the hypocrisy of Democrats is what blows my mind.  I have heard some say it was worse than 9/11 or the Oklahoma City bombing.  The fact is there was one death of a woman shot by the police.  There were only two people charged with any firearms violations and neither was ever inside the Capital.  The Left and the media told a story of a policeman being beaten to death with a fire extinguisher, but it was totally made up.  The fake news still has not retracted the bogus story.

        These demonstrators were Trump supporters protesting a corrupt election.  I understand and sympathize.  There were also Black Lives Matter and ANTIFA members involved.  What were they doing there?  One BLM member was arrested and caught on tape shouting “Burn it down.”  Were they there to promote violence and give Trump supporters a bad name?
