War Hawks

        Why do establishment politicians, bureaucrats and big business like war?  This is not a Republican or Democrat issue.  Both political parties have hawks that promote war. 

        War is good for business.  The military and all the suppliers for the military thrive.  War is good for the economy, and big business makes a lot of money.  The down side is that people die, but hawks are willing to pay that price. 

        The media also likes war because it makes great headlines and improves ratings.  News people get fame and fortune.  The media and the left would even like to see a nuclear war just to see Trump fail. 

        The most important thing for the political establishment is that war grows the size of government.  This growth never seems to go away.  As government grows and bureaucrats continue to impose laws that are not approved by Congress, the American people lose more freedoms and opportunities. 

        The hypocrisy of the left is amazing.  Before Obama was elected President there were antiwar protests everywhere.  Once he was elected, the protests stopped.  Obama was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize and for what?  His only accomplishment was being the first black President.        Obama is the longest war-time President in our history.  He talked big and never followed through.  His rules of engagement cost American lives.  He constantly apologized for America, and he gave money to Iran which funded terrorists.

        When Donald Trump was running for President, the media predicted he would get us into a nuclear war.  That has not happened.  The lame-stream media and the radia left criticize Trump for talking to foreign leaders that could be a threat to America. That is the common sense first step of any diplomatic negotiation.  President Trump has done more for foreign relations than the last four Presidents combined in over 2 ½ decades. 

        Relations with North Korea, China, and Russia have all improved.  Trump canceled the disastrous Iran treaty.  He is making NATO nations pay their fair share.  Trump is working for fair trade. 

        The United Nations globalist agenda and false climate predictions are still a problem, but I am sure Trump is working on it.  Trump withdrew the United States from the disastrous United Nations Arms Trade Treaty, which was a direct violation of our Second Amendment rights.

        When Iran shot down one of our drones, the left and the media said Trump was going to get us into a war.  When Trump did not believe taking Iranian lives for shooting down an unmanned drone was justified, the left and the media said he was weak.  The left and the media will criticize Trump regardless of what he does.  The radical left would rather see Trump fail than do what is right for America.

        Trump used the drone incident as leverage for talks with Iran.  He is too smart for anyone to anticipate what he is going to do.   He is always thinking several moves ahead.  This unpredictability gives Trump a clear advantage in any negotiations.  Trump will always get a good deal for America or he will walk, unlike President Obama who would make any bad deal for the sake of making a deal.
