Impeachment & The Constitution

The Constitution provides the option of removing someone from office by impeachment for “high crimes and misdemeanors.”  Some of the founding fathers were concerned about the impeachment process because they were afraid it would be misused for political and partisan reasons.  Their concerns were warranted.
The process is quite simple.  There must be specific crimes.  The entire House then votes to impeach.  The impeachment trial is then conducted in the Senate.
What the Democrats in the House are doing now is turning the entire criminal justice system upside-down and giving the finger to the Constitution.  The current vote to “formalize the impeachment inquiry” is unprecedented.
The first problem the democrats have is that there is no crime for which to impeach Trump.  The so-called whistle blower about the call between President Trump and the President of Ukraine is nothing but a partisan leaker who had no direct knowledge and had some of Adam Schiff’s staff attorneys write up the complaint.
Trump did nothing wrong.  In fact, he has an obligation under the National Corrupt Defense Act to investigate and not give any aid to corrupt nations.  We know that Ukraine did try to influence the 2016 election while working with Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee, but no one wants to investigate that.
Pelosi lied said impeachment must be nonpartisan.  The three previous times a President was impeached, there were specific crimes and it was nonpartisan.  Last weeks vote was totally partisan unless you count the two Democrats who voted with the Republicans to defeat the motion.
The motion gives Adam Schiff the power to veto witnesses, questions, and answers.  It does not give the President any opportunity to defend himself.  This sounds corrupt to me.  Schiff says no one is above the law, but apparently thinks he is. When did people in this country become guilty until proven innocent?
Adam Schiff is one of the most prolific liars in Washington.  He said he had clear evidence that Trump colluded with the Russians.  Where is it?
Schiff works behind closed doors and leaks lies while claiming to be transparent.  One of his best lies was last week when he said he took no joy in impeaching the President, but would not shrink from his Constructional duty.  What a crook of s___.
Democrats did not like the results of the 2016 election and have been intent on removing Trump from office since the day after the election.  First it was Russian and Mueller, with the last being the call with the Ukrainian President.  The problem is simply that Trump has not done a thing wrong.
President Trump is the most transparent President in history and has been vetted more than any other individual in history, and the Democrats can’t find anything to charge him with.  He even released the transcript of the phone call with the Ukrainian President, with his permission.
I agree with that decision, because any competent person can see the President did nothing wrong, however I disagree because it sets a dangerous precedent.  Every President must have the authority to have private conversations with other heads of state.  Removing this Presidential authority would be a dangerous blow to our national security.
This impeachment BS must stop, because it is tearing the country apart.  Congress needs to get back to doing their job.  Trump’s accomplishments are mind boggling, but think what he could do with a Congress that worked with him and did their job.

God bless President Trump and guide him to make America great again.

If you don’t see that, then you’re part of the problem.”
